Ok, so sorta a lot has happened since I last wrote. I am going to try to do better. I have enlisted a topic provider so hopefully that will keep me going. However, I have to get everyone up to speed on everything I left out for the remainder of 2009 before I can start covering her new topics! Halloween was fun...we had a pre-party at our house and then went to a nearby bar and danced the night away. I will put a picture up from that night...it is all of my roomies! We had our first big snow on October 1 and there were some more snowy days throughout the month. There is a picture of the golf course on October 1. It was so pretty! I went with a group of friends to Granite Hot Springs one day. It was awesome! It is basically a natural hot tub. We sat out there and swam around all day as it snowed! There is a picture of that as well. Oh, one day in October there was an awesome rainbow. It seemed like it was right in front of me! It was neat! I'll put a picture of that up too! We had a pumpkin carving party one night. That was a fun night. A few people came over and we all carved pumpkins. It was only my second time to ever carve one and the first time I used a stencil so it was cheating. I had fun with it though! I definitely googled "How to carve a pumpkin" before I started. Haha. Octoberfest was actually a pretty big deal out here. I wound up going to two different Octoberfest parties. They were really fun! One of them was just a big party at a bar, but the other one was at a nice restaurant. We had a delicious dinner and then hung out and danced around with the silly band all night. There is a picture of that on here as well! Another big thing that happened in October is that I started working for this family that I now work for full time. I didn't quit the golf course until November, but I started working for the family in October. It is just awesome! I will definitely post more about that later. Don't you worry! I guess that pretty much covers October. Off to write about November!
